1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BuilderMate’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
BuilderMate provides an online software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for contractors and remodeling businesses to manage leads, clients, projects, and related business operations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use BuilderMate.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activities under your account
5. Subscription Plans & Billing
- Recurring Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
- Payment Method: You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for subscription fees.
- Price Changes: We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.
- Failed Payments: Accounts with unpaid invoices may be suspended or terminated.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use BuilderMate for unlawful purposes
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service
- Resell or sublicense access without our permission
8. Intellectual Property
BuilderMate and all associated content, features, and trademarks are owned by BuilderMate. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.
9. Data & Privacy
We collect and process customer data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
BuilderMate is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuilderMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BuilderMate after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
