How does the 30-day free trial work?+
Start using BuilderMate immediately with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. If you love it (and we think you will), you can upgrade to a paid plan anytime during or after the trial. If not, your account will simply expire - no charges, no hassle.
Can I switch plans later?+
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. We'll prorate any charges or credits accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a setup fee or contract?+
No setup fees, no contracts, no long-term commitments. Pay month-to-month or save with quarterly (15% off) or annual billing (20% off). Cancel anytime with no penalty.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your data is always yours. If you cancel, you'll have 30 days to export all your data. We can provide exports in CSV, PDF, or other standard formats. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our data retention policy.
What's the difference between the plans?+
All plans include the exact same features. The only difference is the number of CRM users and field users. Starter has 2 CRM users, Pro has 5 CRM + 9 field users, and Business has 8 CRM + 20 field users. Choose the plan that matches your team size.
Is my data secure?+
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (256-bit SSL), daily backups, and secure data centers. Your data is never shared with third parties and we're fully GDPR compliant.
What's the difference between CRM users and field users?+
CRM users have full access to all features including estimates, invoicing, project management, and reporting. Field users are designed for field crews and subcontractors with mobile-focused access to time tracking, daily logs, and task updates.
Can I add more users later?+
Yes! You can upgrade to a larger plan at any time as your team grows. The upgrade takes effect immediately and we'll prorate the charges.
Do you offer custom pricing for larger teams?+
Yes! If you have more than 20 field users or 8 CRM users or unique requirements, contact our sales team for custom pricing. We can tailor a plan specifically for your business needs.
